Terms & Conditions – In-Person Masterclass

By purchasing a ticket to any Level 10 Hair Extensions in-person education event or masterclass, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Enrolment

Your enrolment is confirmed only once full payment or an approved deposit/payment arrangement has been received.

Spaces in all training courses are strictly limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Level 10 Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its discretion.

2. Payments

All pricing is listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Tickets must be paid in full unless a payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the course commencement date.

Failure to complete payment by the agreed due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any payments already made.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited nature of our training courses and preparation required, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend:

  • Your ticket may be transferred to a future training date at the discretion of Level 10 Hair Extensions.

  • Transfer requests must be made in writing with reasonable notice prior to the event date.

  • Transfers are not guaranteed and may incur an administration fee.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend

  • Travel delays

  • Personal circumstances

4. Course Changes & Rescheduling

Level 10 Hair Extensions reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule training dates

  • Change training locations

  • Adjust course structure or inclusions where necessary

In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Level 10 Hair Extensions, students will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to a future training date

Level 10 Hair Extensions is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, loss of income, or associated expenses incurred by attendees.

5. Student Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment.

Disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Participate respectfully

  • Follow all safety instructions

  • Respect other students and educators

6. Health & Safety

Students participate in all practical training at their own risk.

It is the student’s responsibility to advise Level 10 Hair Extensions of any allergies, injuries, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the course.

Students must follow all tool handling and safety instructions provided during training.

7. Photography & Videography

Photos and videos may be taken throughout the course for educational and marketing purposes.

By attending the masterclass, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, and content captured during the event on:

  • Social media

  • Websites

  • Marketing materials

  • Educational content

If you do not wish to appear in marketing material, please notify us in writing prior to the course commencement.

8. Intellectual Property

All educational content, training manuals, methods, videos, digital resources, and course materials remain the intellectual property of Level 10 Hair Extensions.

Course materials may not be:

  • Reproduced

  • Shared

  • Distributed

  • Resold

  • Copied for commercial purposes

without prior written permission.

9. Tools & Starter Kits

Starter kits and included products/tools are subject to availability and may vary slightly from advertised images or examples.

Level 10 Hair Extensions reserves the right to substitute equivalent items where necessary.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level 10 Hair Extensions shall not be liable for:

  • Injury

  • Loss

  • Damage

  • Theft

  • Personal property damage

  • Allergic reactions

  • Business losses

  • Indirect or consequential damages

arising from attendance at the course or use of course information.

Terms of Use For Digital Downloads and Online Masterclass

Welcome to the website of Level 10 The Studio. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any of our digital products, templates, guides, educational materials, downloads, or resources (“Digital Products”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Personal Use License

All Digital Products sold or provided by Level 10 Hair Extensions are licensed for personal and individual use only.

When purchasing or downloading our Digital Products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your own personal or internal salon reference purposes only.

You may:

  • Download and save the files for your own use

  • Print materials for your personal reference

  • Use the materials within your own salon business internally, provided all original branding, logos, watermarks, copyright notices, and identifying information remain intact and unaltered

2. Commercial Use Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Digital Products

  • Upload the files to third-party websites, marketplaces, Facebook groups, shared drives, or educational platforms

  • Copy, recreate, edit, or modify the materials for resale or distribution

  • Remove, alter, crop, cover, or replace any branding, logos, watermarks, copyright notices, or identifying elements

  • Claim the content as your own intellectual property

  • Use the Digital Products to create competing educational or commercial materials

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our Digital Products is strictly prohibited.

3. Salon Use

Purchased Digital Products may be used within your salon for internal operational or educational purposes only.

If using the materials in a salon environment:

  • All original branding and copyright information must remain visible

  • Materials must not be rebranded, white-labelled, edited, or presented as your own work

  • Staff access must remain internal to your business only

  • Files must not be shared externally with other salons, educators, businesses, or third parties

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, educational frameworks, branding, templates, downloadable resources, and materials are the intellectual property of Level 10 The Studio and are protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser.

5. Breach of Terms

Any breach of these Terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to Digital Products

  • Revocation of licensing rights

  • Refusal of future purchases or services

  • Legal action where applicable

6. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to downloadable content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
